The Lair of the Rat men
The idea behind this particular Rat-men lair, is of a sunken city that has fallen into a cavern, and where the Rat-men have taken over and using scraps they collected here and there, they have rebuilt some of the buildings.
The buildings is designed as separate entities from the multi-level cavern bases.
there are 3 versions of this lair, each having a different style,

This is a large build with 3 separate platforms, 3 buildings and 4 levels of play area. the foot print in 28mm stretches about 2 foot across and 10 inches deep and climbs to about 10 inches tall

version A - the simplest of the styles with clean lines and slightly drooping roof tops
Version B - More elaborate details in the buildings and the terrain is a little rougher
Version C - The most elaborate and ornate of the 3 it also has very dramatic roof drooping and the terrain is very rough.

If for any reason any of the parts are damaged during shipping or do not arrive in the condition expected please give us the opportunity to replace any component.

This Comes as an assembly kit
As this is a 3D printed item, there may be layer lines, and other imperfections. To remove them, you can fill, sand, and prime it.
There may be some "assembly" required.
This is Printed in 28mm Scale
