Quay Add On

Ancrabourg Quay Dock Special Add-Ons scaled for 28mm minis
These add-ons are built to slot straight into the Ancrabourg Quay Dock System, using the same footprint, elevation, and connection layout. They expand the waterfront with specialty pieces pulled from different Ancrabourg buildings — things like the Slipway from the Boatyard, the Wine Cellar from the Deep Sea Tavern, the Triple Arch from the Warehouse, and other location-specific dock sections.

Every piece uses the same stone block style, cobbled tops, timber deck textures, and quay geometry, so you can mix and match them without breaking the flow of your layout. Use them to replace standard dock tiles, extend the waterfront, or give your custom districts more purpose — storage bays, work platforms, cellar access, boat handling points, and all the other little details that make a harbor feel lived-in.

These modules aren’t generic fillers — they’re the “special features” of Ancrabourg pulled out and made available on their own. Plug them into your dock system and they just work.

Options

*Raised Pier Set-- Raised Pier with Lower Dock & Cargo Scatter
A two-level wooden dock built on heavy round pilings, featuring a raised pier platform with cross-braced supports and a short ladder ramp leading down to a lower walkway. The planking is deeply textured with worn grain and uneven edges for a weathered harbor look. The lower dock includes sculpted cargo scatter — barrels, crates, and coiled rope — all fixed in place so nothing shifts during play. Perfect for creating vertical interest along a quay wall or extending a wharf into deeper water.

*Broken Quay-- Collapsed Quay Wall Section
A damaged stone quay piece featuring a large crater where the cobblestone deck has broken inward, scattering fractured blocks down the inner wall. The stonework shows stepped layers, cracked edges, and a sunken center that adds a worn, battle-scarred look to any harbor layout. The lower timber walkway sits intact beneath the break, creating a natural choke point or hazard zone along the waterfront.

*Arched Quay -- Arched Quay Wall with Recessed Bays
A stone quay section featuring two recessed wall bays, each built with stacked blockwork and capped with carved arch tops. The upper surface is a tightly packed cobblestone deck with natural variation in height and texture. The lower timber walkway runs along the base, framed by short posts and staggered planks, giving the whole piece a sturdy, old-harbor feel. Great for breaking up long straight quay runs and adding visual depth along the waterfront.

*Wine Cellar
A rounded stone cellar lined with stacked casks and barrel racks, built into a curved wall for a sheltered, underground feel. The cobblestone floor is tightly textured, with crates, sacks, and loose barrels placed around the edges to give it a lived-in storage vibe. Works as a hidden storeroom, tavern cellar, or dockside warehouse space beneath the quay.

*Slipway
A wide timber slipway built from long, weathered planks set at a steady downward angle, framed by stone retaining walls on both sides. The wood texture shows deep grain and uneven board edges, giving it a working-harbor feel. Stone blocks gather at the base where the ramp meets the lower quay, making it ideal for boat launches, cargo movement, or shoreline access in your waterfront layout.

*Boat Lift Dock
A raised wooden dock with a built-in lifting frame, designed for hoisting and lowering small boats. The platform sits on sturdy timber supports with stairs leading up, and the gantry beams feature pulley detail for a working-harbor look. Comes paired with a long, plank-built rowboat that fits perfectly alongside the lift for loading, repairs, or boarding setups.

*Triple Arch
A heavy stone quay block featuring three recessed arch bays arranged in a stepped layout. Each arch is built from stacked blockwork with deep-set shadows, giving the wall a fortified, old-harbor look. The top surface is fully cobbled, making it a solid, level expansion piece for breaking up long straight quay lines or adding structured depth along the waterfront.

*Buttress Wall
A reinforced quay section built with repeated stone buttresses along the outer wall, giving it a heavy, fortified profile. The blockwork is stacked with subtle shifts and chips for a worn, working-harbor look, and the top surface is a full cobblestone deck. Ideal for adding structural weight and visual rhythm to longer waterfront runs.

*Breach Hall
A long interior quay corridor section with partially collapsed stone walls and a broken entryway, exposing the rooms and walkway beneath the cobbled top deck. The layout includes multiple chambers, window slots, and a stairwell connection point, all built in the same stacked-block style as the Ancrabourg Quay. The breached wall section creates a natural story hook or combat zone — perfect for smugglers’ tunnels, ruined strongholds, or damaged waterfront defenses.
