he Me-262 A-1a, commonly known as the Schwalbe, was the world’s first operational jet fighter. This model recreates the iconic aircraft as a 3D printed tabletop and display model, designed and produced in-house for hobbyists who enjoy hands-on assembly and finishing.
This is not an injection-molded plastic scale kit. It is a 3D printed model, intended for builders, painters, and modelers who are comfortable with light cleanup, test fitting, and finishing during assembly.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
This model ships as an assembly kit consisting of:
Main fuselage with cockpit and engine nacelles
2x wings
Tail section
3x landing gear components
Cockpit canopy
All parts are test-assembled in-house prior to shipping to verify fit and alignment.
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)
This model is designed for hobbyist assembly.
As with all 3D printed items:
Minor sanding, filing, or test fitting may be required
Small adjustments during assembly are normal and expected
Layer lines and surface texture may be visible
Filling, sanding, and priming are recommended for best results
This model is not a snap-fit or out-of-the-box kit and is best suited for experienced hobbyists who enjoy the building process.
