There are 6 Village Buildings ( 5 Houses and 1 Lookout tower house)
There are also 4 market stalls with designated places, docks, and small boats, among other scatter and wares.
Each Building in this listing is sold separately and the mountain island is available on its own
The Boardwalk is seperated at the steps in the center of the village docks, this is sold as
a boardwalk & Docks with some scatter accessories or Boardwalk & Market which includes everything shown in the lower image

As this is a 3D-printed item, there may be layer lines and other imperfections. To remove them, you can fill, sand, and prime it.
There may be some "assembly" required.

I ordered the whole front dock section. The details and finish are very good and I love the crane. There are a lot of small upright pieces - trees and dock angle brackets that did not do well in shipping but they are easy to glue. This dock has a very large scale and your other dock pieces will not go with it. So if you need extra just ask Zel. He is great to work with.
I ordered 3 different buildings. They all look great and are readily usable in other town scenes. The details and finish are very good. Only a couple small parts were damaged in shipping and easily glued.

The proprietor of this company notified me he was shipping the buildings I ordered, but that two did not meet his standards because they had flaws. He said he did this so as not to delay the entire order, while he printed replacements for the two flawed buildings. He promptly shipped the correctly printed buildings to me a few days later. This company demonstrated good communications and customer service. I am pleased with these buildings and would buy them or other items in the future. This company was a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them and their products.
